St Martin's is a small school. The very large majority of pupils are of White British heritage. The proportion known to be eligible for free school meals is low. The number of pupils that have special educational needs and/or disabilities is average. Most of these pupils find learning hard. Early Years Foundation Stage children are taught separately. The other three classes all have pupils from two year groups. There is an after-school club that is managed by the governing body. The school has recently gained National Healthy Schools Status.
