The Phoenix Adventure Playground was registered in July 2006. It is an open access scheme run by Nottingham City Council. It is based in purpose built premises in Westleigh Road in Broxtowe on the edge of Broxtowe Country Park. There is a large, secure outdoor play area. The club is open to children from the local community and from the wider area. It is registered to care for a maximum of 80 children aged from five to under eight years. Children aged up to 14 may also attend. The setting supports children who have disabilities and learning difficulties.
