Frankley Summer Fun Programme was registered in 1990. It operates from Frankley Community High School, which also includes a leisure centre and public library. The scheme is managed by Birmingham City Council for Local Services, Northfield District. Children have access to a sports hall, gymnasium, youth centre, playground, library and community rooms. The site is multi-functional and is shared with the Youth Service, Library Services and Local Education. The scheme is partly supported financially by Frankley Parish Council. The group serves the local area. Links with the school and other local schools have been established.
