Jelly Tots Creche opened in 2003. It operates in a purpose built portacabin in the grounds of Adult College of Barking and Dagenham in Dagenham. There is a main playroom which is open planned. A quiet area, a kitchen, office, bathroom and storage area are all adjacent to the main area. There is a fully enclosed garden available for outside play. The Creche serves parents and carers attending a course at the college or at their On line Centre at Parsloes Avenue.
